The moments you log, names you enter, and goals you set belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use it only to operate and improve Wild Minutes.

We work to keep Wild Minutes available and reliable, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The app is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wild Minutes after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Wild Minutes is a tracking and reflection tool, not safety equipment or medical advice. Always supervise children during outdoor activities and use good judgment.

Public pages, cards, posters, and place-kit resources are meant to be shared and used in good faith. They do not create a live group platform, leaderboard, classroom dashboard, workplace analytics product, or school/workplace software service by themselves.
